This website is operated by Excoba Medikal Turizm İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. ("EXCOBA Group"), a joint-stock company registered in Ankara, Türkiye. Brand names used on this site — EXCOBA Defence, EXCOBA Consulting, EXCOBA Medical, WORKPALACES, LANORA, PHT and ExcobaLab — refer to divisions, brands or partner companies of the group. Registered address, trade registry and tax details are shown in the footer and are available on request.

Privacy policy

We collect personal data only when you send it to us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, plus technical data needed to deliver the message (time, IP address). We use it solely to answer your request and, where a business relationship follows, to manage that relationship. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Personal data notice (KVKK, Law No. 6698)

• Data controller: Excoba Medikal Turizm İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Ankara.
• Purpose and legal basis: responding to your inquiry and establishing or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f of Law 6698); fulfilling legal obligations where applicable.
• Transfers: messages are delivered through our e-mail provider and, for the web form, a transactional e-mail service; both act as data processors under contract. Data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye by these providers with the safeguards required by Art. 9.
• Retention: inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 2 years; commercial records are kept for the periods required by law.
• Your rights (Art. 11): you may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Send requests to the contact e-mail in the footer with the subject "KVKK".

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded content from third parties — YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Google Maps — may set their own cookies when you interact with it; their policies apply.
